Free Masterclass: Learn to Trust Yourself

A trauma-informed masterclass for anyone ready to stop second-guessing and start living with confidence and clarity.

Rebuild your trust in yourself.

Your soul longs for a life that feels true to you — one rooted in confidence, self-trust, and inner calm.
You’ve already taken bold steps toward change, and there’s no going back. You’re determined, motivated, and resilient.

And yet… you still find yourself oscillating between faith and fear. Between confidence and doubt. Between clarity and confusion.

Your vision can feel so close one moment — and impossibly far away the next.
And when well-meaning people say “just trust yourself”, you feel frustrated. If only it were that simple.

What you’ve tried

You’ve done the work — affirmations, mindset shifts, therapy, journaling, or coaching.
You’ve probably read the books and listened to the podcasts.

You may have even recognised how early attachment wounds or past experiences shaped the way you relate to yourself and the world.

And still, something feels missing.

Perhaps you’ve wondered if you’re being unrealistic, or if you’ll ever break free of the patterns that hold you back.
Maybe you fear failure — or even fear success.

What’s really going on

You have the ability. You have the skills. You have the experience.
But some part of you still hesitates. Still doubts.

That inner conflict — the part that wants to expand and the part that fears change — can be exhausting.
You might even compare yourself to others and ask: “Why them? Why not me?”

I’ve been there.

Over the past fourteen months, I’ve completely redefined my own life. There was nothing “wrong” with my old one — but my soul was calling for something more.

So at fifty-one, I had a second child, moved to a new country, retrained in acting, and pivoted my professional work to integrate therapy and creativity more deeply.

The liminal space

It’s normal to feel doubt, anxiety, and confusion in that in-between place — when you’ve let go of who you were but haven’t yet settled into who you’re becoming.
That uncertainty isn’t failure. It’s part of the growth process — the hero’s journey we all move through when we change at a deep level.

What I discovered

Even after years of personal and professional work — as a psychotherapist and teacher of therapy — I realised that parts of me were still blocking my success.

I could understand what was happening logically, but emotionally and somatically, there was a disconnect.
It showed up as self-sabotage, scarcity fears, and a tendency to undervalue my worth or overextend my boundaries.

Through a lot of observation and trial and error, I came to see that these “sabotaging parts” weren’t bad. They were trying to keep me safe.

I began working with them through breathwork, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and visualisation — learning how to soothe them and show them it was safe for me to grow.

The turning point

The more I listened, the clearer it became: my biggest block wasn’t fear of failure. It was lack of self-trust.

Having lived through attachment trauma, it made sense that I had parts that were distrustful — of my perceptions, my desires, other people, even life itself.

But as countless leaders and thinkers remind us, self-trust is not optional — it’s foundational.

Steve Jobs: “You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backward. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future.”

Oprah Winfrey: “You must trust your path. You must trust in the small steps, because they lead you to the bigger vision.”

Viola Davis: “You can’t be hesitant about who you are.”

Wayne Dyer: “When you trust in yourself, you are trusting in the same wisdom that created you.”

Every one of these visionaries points to the same truth:
Self-trust is the bridge between your potential and its realisation.

Without it, even the most capable person can spiral into doubt or perfectionism.
With it, everything becomes possible.

About the Masterclass

In this free masterclass, I’ll share the therapeutic practices that helped me (and my clients) rebuild self-trust from the inside out.
Not just mindset tools or affirmations — but ways of working with your body, mind, and emotions to create lasting change.

You’ll learn:

  • Why “not trusting” yourself or others can be an intelligent, creative adaptation to past experiences like complex trauma or insecure attachment.

  • The different types of distrust — of your intuition, your perceptions, other people, or the world itself.

  • How lack of trust shows up in everyday life (often in subtle ways).

  • Evidence-based practices drawn from Gestalt Therapy, IFS, and Attachment-Informed EMDR to resolve these patterns at the root.

Why me

I became an accredited Gestalt psychotherapist in 2015 after a rigorous six-year training that included years of personal therapy and group process work.
Since then, I’ve completed thousands of clinical hours and am also accredited in EMDR and attachment-informed EMDR.

This masterclass weaves together my therapeutic expertise and my lived experience of rebuilding self-trust.
I’ll guide you through the exact practices that created real, embodied change for me.
