I offer online EMDR therapy worldwide and in-person EMDR therapy in Lisbon. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based trauma therapy recommended for PTSD and complex trauma. My work is attachment-informed, allowing us to process both early relational wounds and more recent traumatic experiences.

I’m Alexandra, an attachment-informed EMDR Therapist and Gestalt Therapist. I trained for 6 years at the Gestalt Centre, London in the UK. I got accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy in2015 and by then EMDR Association UK and Europe in 2019. I divide my time between London, UK and Lisbon, Portugal. I work online and in-person (in Lisbon). I support you to heal trauma, anxiety, and self-sabotage—so that you have the power to create the joyful, free yet safe life of your dreams.

SOMATIC IFS THERAPY
IFS is a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps us understand and heal the different “parts” of ourselves. Instead of pushing away anxiety, shame, or self-sabotage, With Somatic Awareness, Conscious Breathing, Radical Resonance and Mindful Movement we meet these parts with compassion, uncover their protective role, and access the calm, confident Self that’s always within us. In therapy, this creates deep, lasting change—bringing more clarity, freedom, and ease into daily life.

EMDR Intensive Therapy (3-Hour & 6-Hour Options)
For those who want focused, accelerated trauma processing, I offer 3-hour or 6-hour EMDR intensives. These are structured, contained sessions designed for deep trauma work in a shorter timeframe. Ideal for individuals who want to fast-track healing and aren’t afraid to go deep.
£450 for a 3-hr intensive or £900 for a 6-hr intensive - payment plan available.
For Those Ready for a More Extensive Shift
For clients who are ready to go all in and create more foundational, lasting change, I offer an extended 90-minute weekly container.
This format combines psychotherapy, EMDR therapy and parts work with between-session WhatsApp support to maintain momentum and integration.
It is designed for those ready to move beyond incremental change and create a more substantial identity shift.
